Information Counter

Library staff is stationed at the Information Counter to help you use the library’s resources and offer services. Enquiries can also be made by phone (3917-2914), fax (2548-0143) or email (lawlib@hku.hk).

 

Equipment such as laptop, iPads, headphones can be checked out on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also top-up your Octopus card or settle your library overdue fines here.

Hold shelf

The hold shelf is located in front of the Information Counter.  This is the place where you can pick up your requested item.  Books on this shelf are arranged in alphabetical order by requestors' last name.

​Self-check Station

A Self-check Station is located next to the Information Counter. This machine is for borrowing or returning all materials that belong to HKU Libraries.

 

All HKALL and Interlibrary Loan items have to be obtained/returned through the Information Counter.
